FOR PRIVATE SELLERS
- Click on the "List your property" link on the top of the page.
- Click on the "Registration form" link and enter your details & click "submit".
- Your account has now been created.
- Click on the "Login" button to gain access to your account area.
- Click on the "Place Ad" link to place your listing.
FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS, PROPERTY DEVELOPERS & BUILDERS
- Click on the "List your property" link on the top of the page.
- Click on the "Registration form" link and enter your details & click "submit".
- Your account has now been created.
- Click on the "Login" button to gain access to your account area.
- Click on the "Membership" link to place your listings.

Q: 2. Live link to your web site?
A: 2.
If you already have a presentation of your property prepared on your personal web site, you can link your advertisement on our web site to your existing web site. This option is not availabel for Text-Only" listing.

Q: 3. How to browse and search?
A: 3.
Navigational menu is displayed on the top of the middle (white) panel. You can click on any link in this menu to return to a previously visited pages.
a. Browsing through by property location:
Step 1. - Select the State or capital city (states and capital cities are separate sections)
Step 2. - Select the type of property (eg. houses & duplexes)
Step 3. - Select town / area from the scrolling list (click on a town name in the list)
Step 4. - Select a record from the list of records (click on a ID. number or small photo)
Step 5. - Click on small photo/s to enlarge
b. Search by Property ID:
You must already know the Property ID of the property you wish to see.
Step 1. - Type the Property ID into the search box on the left hand side of the page & click 'Go'
Step 2. - Click on the small photo displayed to see full property details

Q: 4. Type of property categories:
A: 4.
Properties are listed in 5 categories:
1. Houses and Duplexes
A property will be listed under this category if it is a residential building and it is
situated in an urban / residential area.
2. Units / Apartments
A property will be listed under this category if it is a residential building, it is
situated in an urban / residential area and it is a part of one building consisting of
3 or more separate tenancy units.
3. Commercial for Sale & Lease
A property will be listed under this category if it is used for commercial purposes
or is intended to be used for a commercial purpose. It may be situated in any area.
4. Houses on Acreage
A property will be listed under this category if there is a residential building on the
property and it is situated in a rural or rural / residential area. Generally the block
of land is larger than 1 acre.
5. Land and Building Blocks
A property will be listed under this category if it is a building block, land for
farming purposes or any other land without residential building(s) on that land.
